Confidentiality Agreements

Depending on the scope of your project, private previews of designs, materials, or commission directions may require signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or a consultation retainer agreement. Consultation retainers are credited toward your first confirmed commission.

Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, and content on this website are protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any materials without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

Bespoke Commissions

All bespoke commissions are subject to individual agreements outlining specifications, timelines, payment terms, and delivery conditions. These terms will be provided as part of your bespoke proposal.
